Exhibitor Updates and Reminders
Exhibitors with a valid email address on record will receive about one emailed newsletter every 2-3 weeks from WEFTEC Exhibition Operations. The majority of our information to exhibitors is emailed, rather than mailed—though other departments from WEF also email information to registered WEFTEC exhibitors from our database. Please contact WEFTEC Exhibition Operations if you have any concerns regarding the information you receive from us.

- Advance exhibitor room block assignments are complete—the deadline was December 14, 2012. If your company submitted an advance request and you have not received a confirmation and agreement, please contact WEFTEC Housing: weftechousing@cmrus.com. As explained in the Exhibitor Room Block Policies and Procedures, advance assignments were processed according to a priority point system: those companies that have exhibited for the longest consecutive period of time and have booked through WEFTEC Housing in prior years were assigned first. Ultimately assignments were made according to the available sleeping room inventory at each company’s preferred hotel(s) at the time their request was processed.
WEFTEC Housing continues to accept exhibitor room block requests online; there are no paper forms/PDFs this year. All requests received between January and August will be processed in date-received order and filled according to the available sleeping room inventory at each company’s preferred hotel(s). Please click through to the Hotels & Travel page to submit your housing request and read additional information about our Official Housing Partner, CMR.
