Directory Listing

Exhibitor Directory Listings will be featured in the online Exhibitor Directory and the WEFTEC App. The WEFTEC 2012 app was downloaded more than 4000 times, providing attendees the ability to search through the event by exhibitor, category, or other critera.

For WEFTEC 2013, WEF has released a brand new app, and we are in the process of updating our submission methods. The submission forms have been updated and are now being accepted for all exhibitor data. Once a submission is received, you will see your information updated online within 7-10 business days.

Please review the new submission form carefully to identify which fields are required, and which directories they publish to. Forms may be submitted multiple times for different directories, or to update information for the same directories.

The preliminary deadline date to submit directory listing information for inclusion in free WEFTEC 2013 publications, including September WE&T and the Conference Program, is July 26, 2013. This includes all listing information for both primary and subsidiary companies.

Update Primary Exhibitor Directory Listing 

Exhibitors in booths 200 square feet or larger may submit listings for their Subsidiary Companies. As listed in the WEFTEC License Agreement, "[o]nly subdivisions of companies with a common parent company may utilize booth space jointly. A minimum of 100 square feet per division is required."
