- If you represent a Member Association or other non-exhibiting organization/company that requires 10 or more hotel rooms and/or a hospitality suite, defined as a parlor attached to a sleeping room, please use the “Request a Block of 10 or More Rooms” feature linked on the Welcome Page. Official Housing Partner
Convention Management Resources, Inc. (CMR) is the only official housing agent for WEFTEC:
- CMR offers highly competitive rates at the official conference hotels.
- No pre-payment is required at time of booking.
- Reservation changes and cancelations can be made without penalties up to 72 hours prior to your confirmed arrival date.
- The majority of official conference hotels are serviced by WEFTEC shuttle buses.
- CMR offers customer support in advance, on show site, and post-show.
WEF and CMR are routinely notified about independent hotel brokers that contact exhibitors and affiliates directly to solicit business. Please be aware that reservations made through independent brokers cannot be guaranteed by WEF or CMR and could result in inflated room rates; additional service charges; placement in a hotel outside of the official block that is not serviced by the WEFTEC shuttle; unconfirmed/lost reservations upon arrival at the hotel; and/or lost deposits.
WEF does not authorize any other housing company or independent broker to make housing reservations for WEFTEC. Both WEF and CMR are unable to assist should you choose to book through another agency.
