Media is permitted to attend all WEFTEC events that are open to the public. Access to technical sessions and workshops is prohibited. Media must register through the link below. WEF will vet and approve all requests.

Marketing, Advertising, & PR Camera Policy

Representatives are permitted to photograph their exhibitor booth only. Representatives are not permitted to photograph or capture video or audio inside the exhibition or from other exhibitor booths. WEF will vet and approve all requests.

Exhibitor Press Releases

WEF enables exhibitors to share press releases via the WEFTEC Online Planner and mobile app. These releases are visible to all users.
