Trade Delegations

WEFTEC 2019 is the only water show selected to be a part of the U.S. Commercial Service International Buyer Program!

WEF’s Trade Delegation Program, designed to increase the number of international buyers who visit WEFTEC, offers the opportunity for delegates to network with others in the water industry from the U.S. and all over the globe to establish business contacts, create partnerships, and discuss the latest technologies and solutions available. U.S. trade agencies, consulates, embassies, and independent delegation organizers work with WEF staff to coordinate meetings for international delegates attending WEFTEC who are interested in gaining greater access to international markets.

WEFTEC 2018 attracted 2,646 international attendees from 80 countries.

Trade delegations actively engage with U.S. trade agencies, foreign trade groups, exhibitors, and fellow attendees to explore new markets and establish business contacts.

Join WEF in welcoming distinguished members of the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to help inaugurate the WEFTEC Global Center. Every year, WEFTEC welcomes 20,000+ water industry professionals, over ten percent of them coming from outside of the United States, to learn about and view the latest cutting-edge technologies, products and services. The presence and participation of U.S. Governmental Officials in WEFTEC helps lend a perspective on the U.S. Government’s direction in terms of commercial and environmental relations. WEF gratefully acknowledges their support and taking the time to attend WEFTEC.
