Hospitality Hour

Monday, September 23 & Tuesday, September 24 | 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

The hospitality hour is available to exhibitors to host private demonstrations, happy hours, and provide a quieter atmosphere for interaction with attendees at the end of the show day.

Exhibitors may schedule hospitality hour events and order catering from the official service provider without advance permission from exhibitions management. Catering may begin prior to 5:00 pm and must conclude by 6:00 pm. 

Show management and will not admit or re-admit attendees or booth personnel past 6:00 pm.

Menus, order forms, and contact details for the WEFTEC 2019 catering service provider will be available soon.

Enjoy cocktails and conversation with fellow WEFTEC Exhibitors and WEF Members in a community atmosphere designed to help you achieve success by association. E-vites will be sent to individual WEF Members registered for WEFTEC (including individual members registered as booth personnel), as well as to exhibiting companies' key contacts in Summer 2019. The invitation extended to key contacts allows two representatives from each exhibiting company to participate.

Accessibility: Conference registration is required to reserve space in the Huddle Room and/or to enter the Exhibition.

This service is exclusively available to WEF Members and WEFTEC Exhibitors. WEF Members and WEFTEC Exhibitors can reserve semi-private meeting space within the Huddle Room on a first-come, first-served basis, at no cost:

  • Appointments are limited to one per group per day.
  • Reservations are available by appointment only with a 2-hour maximum limit per meeting.  
  • Anticipate that each semi-private room includes a conference table seating 14, and a flat-screen monitor for presentations. The user must provide their own laptop computer.

The Huddle Room Reservation Form will be available in June 2019.
