8 a.m.: Team Check-in*
8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.: Collections, Safety, and Vaughan Maintenance Events
5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.: Operations Challenge Awards at the Hilton Riverside

Wednesday, Oct. 9

9:45 a.m. – 11 a.m.: Operations Challenge Community Meeting – Open Forum
