Plan ahead for security changes that may affect your travel to and from New Orleans for WEFTEC 2020.

Update: The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has extended this deadline to Oct. 1 2021 due to circumstances resulting from the coronavirus pandemic and the national emergency declaration.

Beginning Oct. 1, 2021, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) agency of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security will require travelers to present a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or an acceptable alternative to board all domestic flights.

In addition to a REAL ID-compliant license other acceptable forms of ID include a passport or passport card, a U.S. permanent resident card, or a Department of Homeland Security trusted traveler card (e.g. a Global Entry ID).
