Listen as Ryan Powers, Vice President of Marketing at Wager Company, describes the evolution of Wager's hydrogen sulfide odor control systems from very small systems to those as large as a truck. Chief among the drivers for the company's pursuits is to make systems simple to use and long-lasting. The systems do not use electricity, and the company sizes systems so that no maintenance is needed for, at least, the first year. And when maintenance is needed, it is as simple as changing a canister.
He also emphasized the company's customer-service mindset -- from live people always answering the phones to their in-house sales rep and team who can help customers design a solution.
