Technology Spotlights (formerly called Mobile Sessions) bring potential customers and partners right to your booth. Participants are in search of the next big product, service, or technology to revolutionize the way they work.
Technology Spotlights bring attendees interested in specific segments of the water sector to you in the WEFTEC exhibition. These curated tours include live presentations hosted by innovative technology and service providers. Consistently ranking among the most popular sessions at WEFTEC, Technology Spotlights are an excellent opportunity to raise your organization’s visibility in the sector and stand out from the crowd.
How It Works
Interested exhibitors should use the WEFTEC Speaker Portal to submit up to 500 words about their technology or service. The abstract should focus on a specific product and convey how the solution fits into the topic of the Technology Spotlight session, its applications, considerations for use, and its potential environmental, economic, and social effects.
Submissions will be reviewed by the WEFTEC Program Committee for their innovativeness, relevance, and clarity. Technology Spotlights will be designed as comprehensive tour schedules to help exhibitors reach their customers while helping participants achieve specific learning outcomes based on the session topic.

Now Accepting Abstracts
The Call for Abstracts for Technology Spotlight sessions at WEFTEC 2021 is open now. The submission period closes June 30 at 9 a.m. Eastern (-4 UTC).
Each exhibitor can submit as many abstracts as they desire, and WEF membership is not required. All participants, however, must be registered WEFTEC 2021 exhibitors.
