Each year at WEFTEC, Operations Challenge showcases the skills and expertise of wastewater professionals. The competition promotes teamwork, innovation, and the exchange of best practices in the field of wastewater treatment. This program has been called “a competition within the best professional development program in the water sector.”
Jeff Sober, Chair of the Operations Challenge Community, came to the WEFTEC Live Studio to share the results of this year’s competition. He also explained the advantages of competing and volunteering and talked about the 35-year legacy of this important and far-reaching program.
